How It Works

Our Valuation Team collaborates with agents to collect relevant data and uses a proprietary actuarial model which applies industry-standard lapse and mortality assumptions to determine the present value of the book. This results in a Purchase Offer Amount.

If the agent accepts the offer, we prepare a tailored Asset Purchase Agreement and handle all necessary carrier paperwork, including Assignment and Agent of Record forms.

We coordinate with the acquiring Integrity Business Unit to ensure a smooth transfer of the book, including client notifications and ongoing policyholder servicing.

Once the assignment of commissions is approved by the insurance carriers we will close the transaction. Your capital will be electronically transferred to your bank account the same day!
