  2. Refer an Agent
    • Complete the "Refer an Agent" form, including your information and the agent that you are referring
    • Or, Send us an email with the contact information of your referral to referrals@accesscapitalgrp.com
    • Or, Call us at (800) 560-2872 to refer an agent
  3. That's it!
    • You will now receive a Referral Fee each time we complete a transaction with the agent that you referred!

Referral Fee Calculation:

  1. 10.0% Referral Fee
    • The Referral Fee is calculated as 10.0% of the Annualized Renewal Commission purchased from the agent that you referred.
    • Ex.) If the agent you referred has $50,000 of Annualized Renewal Commissions you would receive a Referral Fee of $5,000.

1. Collect Commission Information

To place an accurate value on your future commissions we will need to to gather some data. This would include:

  • Signed confidentiality agreement
  • 12 months of commission statements
  • Carrier contracts
  • Commission schedules

2. Commission Projection

Our valuation team analyzes the commission data and builds a "live snapshot" of your inforce policies.

Using this snapshot, we project your future commissions and arrive at their present-day value.

3. Written Purchase Offer

Based on our projection, we will send you a Formal Purchase Offer to buy the future commissions.

Once the offer is accepted we submit assignment documents to the appropriate insurance company for processing.

4. Access to Your Capital!

Once the assignment of commissions is approved by the insurance carriers we will close the transaction. Your capital will be electronically transferred to your bank account the same day!
